We know a picnic memory can go a long way, so we want to help you in creating A Picnic to Remember for you and your loved ones. This pop up picnic gives you the capability to host in whatever location you are wanting (SLC to Cache County area's) inside or outside *dependent on weather conditions. 

The Set Up
We currently offer multiple packages that allows you to customize your celebration. Each picnic is catered to your request. All package include a fully styled tablescape with complete place settings: recycled plates and utensils, napkins and glasses. We also include greenery centerpieces and fresh flowers (upon request) at your table. All picnic locations located in public parks, A Picnic to Remember is careful to follow all park rules: namely no alcohol. Our tablescape is glass and fire free, in accordance with park regulations. 

The Service
We want your special picnic to goes as smoothly as possible. With that, we want to get as much info as possible ahead of time and are here to answer any questions you may have. 
We know the services start with online booking:

  • Find many answers online prior to booking or on the Online Booking Form

  • Book online by requesting a picnic date or email us directly (apicnictoremember.ut@gmail.com)

  • Have any questions prior to booking or after? Just email us!

The day of your picnic, we will handle all set up and tear down. We will be on site the first 10-15 mins to get you settled and help with any questions. Once settled we will leave for you to enjoy your picnic for your time reservation. If you are in need of anything, we are always an email away.

Where Can I Have my Picnic?

Your picnic can be anywhere you please (park, back yard, inside home, etc.), if in a public location we may need to look into park regulations. Location will be solidified upon confirmation contact.

Clear Bubble can be placed both indoor and outdoors.

​

Children Tents are only available indoor.

Do you provide alcohol?

No alcohol is provided with any service package.

What if i break, spill or items go missing?

Staff gather a full itemized list of all items that are left for use per picnic set up. If any items are damaged a fee may incur. If any items are missing, you will be charged a replacement fee for that item(s).

Small spills like water or non-staining will not incur a fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum 14 day notice given for requests to change the date of their booking. The customer can request the change via email (apicnictoremember.ut@gmail.com), if less than 14 days of original booking date, request will be denied. Any request prior to the 14 day, will be notified is approved.

A Picnic to Remember does not issue refunds due to cancellation unless there are extreme weather conditions.

What are the dimensions of bubble and tent(s)?

Clear Bubble is 12ft x 12ft.

Children Tent(s) are 5ft x 4.33ft x 2.75ft

We are able to arrange the bubble/tents in many different ways. If you are unsure please let us know the space dimensions available and we can figure out how they can fit in your space.

​

We request that all furniture be moved upon our arrival. We will not move rearrange furniture and if there is not enough space we will not be able to set up.

​

A refund will not be issued for any missing tent(s) based on space issues.

What if the weather is bad on my picnic date?

Don't worry! We can always connect with you to secure another time if weather is the factor in changing the date. We can reschedule within a 3 month time-frame for no extra charge.

Please call/text us if you are in need to change date due to weather.

Can we leave early?

You can leave as you please, if you plan on leaving prior to your allotted time, please contact a staff member via phone call/text to notify us.

When is set up time? Pick up time?

You can list your preferred time when completing the Online Picnic Booking Request Form. A staff member will discuss available times with you to accommodate based on your preferences.

Is food included?

We do have a limited food option that you can add on to any package. When submitting your Online Picnic Booking Request, please include the food add-on options to secure this option.

How do you keep the pillows/blankets sanitary?

All cloth items are sanitized and cleaned after each use. â€‹Items that are not able to be washed are spot cleaned and sanitized.

Linens are dry cleaned.

What is the payment process? Is a deposit required?

We require a 75/+ deposit to secure your booking upon the confirmation email, the remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to picnic/event date.

 

The $75/+ deposit will be requested after completing the Online Picnic Booking Request Form. You will receive an invoice via email from one of our staff members. The invoice will confirm the address, delivery time, pick up time, package requested, add-on's if any, remaining balance, and balance due date.
